Summer's arrived and our bags are packed
Heading out west just to catch the sun
Avoiding the crush of cars along the crags
Won't sit still, can't contain the thrill
Praying for the moment we see the sea
As the car slowly climbs up the hill

The very next day we awake at five
Looking out the window see all the clouds
Taken to the beach under stormy skies
Picnic all ready and piled into the car

Hearing voices that saying "don't go to far"

Wrapped in a towel and into your arms
Walking up the beach felling quite cold
